Imo state government has filed an objection against Ihedioha Emeka who had called for the review of the Supreme Court’s previous judgement
The Imo state governor Hope Uzodinma in his application said that going by order 8 rule 16 of the Supreme Court rules of 2014, the decree of the judicial body can not be reversed or revoked, except in cases of clerical errors or accidental slip, The Cable reports.

The application partly read: “The application constitutes an invitation to the Supreme Court to sit on appeal over its final decision.”
Uzodinma, therefore, said that the application of the state’s former governor is a call for the abuse of the court’s processes.
