Students of various institutions block entrance to the airport as they begins to protest ASUU strike

In Edo state, Some Students of various institutions who begins their protest last week in other to call off the ASUU strike that had been on for months now, continued today, May 9, as they blocked the entrance to the airport and the ever-busy Airport road.

The students has determined to remain in the street until their demands are met by the appropriate authorities to enable them to return to classes.

The protesting students said the twelve weeks extension that was added to the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union Of Universities is unacceptable to them.
