Nigeria Senate on Wednesday acquainted a bill with alter the 1999 Constitution such that State High Court’s would never again be engaging pre-political race cases.
The bill, which was supported by the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege stated, “pre-political decision debates radiating from Congresses, Conferences, Conventions or different gatherings” should never again be the matter of the State High Courts.
