Nigerian singer , Seyi Shay Welcome her first child

Oluwaseyi Joshua, Nigerian music star, popularly known as Seyi Shay took to her Instagram page to welcome her first child, a baby girl.

The new mum shared the good news with her fans and followers in an Instagram post on Friday, April 22.

“The Eagle has landed ?? ❤️ What a journey its been!.. Thank you ALL for ur well wishes . We love you…”, she wrote.

This comes after the singer revealed the gender of her child and had a baby shower party in the UK over the weekend, with her friends and that is where they discovered that she is expecting a baby girl.

Her close friends were present and they took turns to say sweet words to her, pray and reassure her that she would make a great mom to her child.

Seyi Shay shared the video snippet from the party which held on Sunday, April 17 on her Instagram page.

Meanwhile, The musician has revealed that she’s engaged.

She made this revelation during an interview on BeatFM.

When the interviewer asked about the ring on her finger, Seyi said, “some guy gave it to me and asked if I would marry him”.

The singer sounds super excited to be engaged to her lover and went on to show off her engagement ring while adding that it’s a real diamond ring.
