The controversial and self-acclaimed journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, has once again thrown caution to the wind as she made very controversial and acerbic statements about Nigerians in a recent post.

In the tweet she made some minutes ago via twitter, Kemi said; “Nigeria doesn’t need me. I’m not relevant to u anymore. Take care of yourselves. Many of u will die this year. Stop recycling leaders.

Insurgency back, cultists, armed robbers, police brutality, kidnappers. 11M grads UNEMPLOYED. Till we meet again. Dr Kemi Olunloyo. 2012-2020″.

The journalist made a dramatic return back to Nigeria few years ago and she tried establishing herself as an highly-professional investigative journalist, however, it didn’t take long before she was imprisoned in a Port-Harcourt prison after publishing unfounded news about a renowned pastor. Although, it became clear later that her source who was a popular nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, deliberately misinformed her. The situation led to a heated fight between the duo for some years until recently that they reconciled.

Owing to her acerbic and sharp commentaries, Kemi Olunloyo, is not on the favorite’s list of many Nigerians on the social media space and among the celebrity circle too. However, the reason for her departure from Nigeria nd making usch statement is not yet known.
