Man plans his girlfriend’s kidnap with a toy gun and collects N2m ransom

The operatives of Lagos State police command has arrested a man called Uchenna Daniel, for planning  Hannatu Kabir’s kidnap with a toy gun and collects N2m ransom.

It was reported that the 30-year-old man, Uchenna Daniel abducted kabir who is in Abuja and took her to Lagos. The victim was released after her parent paid N2m ransom.

The suspect disclosed that the victim’s boyfriend, one Ahmed, and one Biliya, planned the kidnap with him and collected a ransom of N2m in Kaduna through a Bureau de Change from the parents of the victim before she was released on March 28, 2022. He added that they made use of a toy g#n to commit the crime.“
