A man who has been faking madness has been caught in Benin, third east circular road, Edo state
Some people in the neighbourhood have observed the man be hunting for used Diapers, sanitary pads and pants from dustbins
When apprehended on Saturday 16th April, he said he was selling those materials to Yahoo boys, He was asked to reveal his customer’s identity but he refused.
The suspect confessed to being married with two kids and was using this to survive with his family.
