Just in: Peter Obi resigns from PDP

Peter Obi, Former Anambra state governor and presidential aspirant, has resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Obi was one of the aspirants vying for the presidential ticket of the PDP until he submit his resignation letter.

On Wednesday, May 25, His letter of resignation from the party was submitted to the National Chairman of the PDP, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu.

In other news, Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajuiba, has resigned from his position following the president directive to pursue his political interest in the 2023 presidential election.

His resignation was announced On Wednesday May 11, during the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

Nwajiuba is among the six ministers who have obtained the N100 million presidential forms of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the primaries slated for the end of this month.
